ART FRAZIER is a retired Journeyman Machine Adjuster with over 24 years of experience in the envelope manufacturing industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he had the privilege of working on specialty machines, focusing on the creation of custom envelope products. This journey has shaped his profound understanding of craftsmanship and precision.

In addition to his tenure in manufacturing, Art served six years in law enforcement as a Detention Officer for the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. This experience sparked his interest in investigations and research, ultimately guiding him towards uncovering the enigma of UFOs

Upon retiring from professional life, Art found great joy in delving into the fascinating world of Ufology and UFO research. He is deeply passionate about uncovering the mysteries of the universe, meticulously analyzing sightings, and sharing his findings. He enjoys capturing the essence of his research through photographs and videos, contributing to the growing body of knowledge about extraterrestrial phenomena.

His journey into the unknown began in 1959, at the age of five, when he experienced a remarkable encounter. He recalls seeing several flying crafts, a biological entity peering through the front window of his home, and a small craft hovering above his bed before exiting through the back door. Since that encounter, he has experienced, photographed, and videotaped hundreds of UFOs and extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs).

In December 2008, Art had a captivating sighting of a small, brilliantly lit orb-shaped object floating into his neighbor’s yard. This sighting reignited his passion for investigation and discovery, setting him on a path of relentless pursuit. With over sixteen years dedicated to meticulously analyzing evidence that supports the existence of extraterrestrial life, Art aspires to contribute significantly to the ongoing discourse in the scientific community. His work aims to spark interest and debate among scholars and enthusiasts alike.

He has authored two books on the subject of UFOs and is currently putting the finishing touches on his third, expected to be completed by the summer of 2025. For 37 years, BRIAN JACKSON has dedicated himself to researching and investigating UFOs and UAPs. His journey began during the early days of the internet, on platforms like FidoNet, ParaNet, and Transcendental Communications, where he and a friend co-administered bulletin boards. Back then, the primary research methods included sourcing information from bookstores and libraries, meeting witnesses, and actively investigating cases.

Throughout his career, Jackson has collaborated with numerous prominent researchers and journalists in the UFO field, contributing critical data points to their work. His research interests have focused on key topics such as Area 51 and Papoose Lake facilities, underground installations, and both alien and MILAB abductions.

Despite his deep involvement, Brian has largely stayed out of the public eye, preferring to focus on thorough research rather than publicity. Only a select group of investigators and journalists familiar with his work are aware of his significant contributions to the field. DAVE SCOTT is the creator and host of Spaced Out Radio, broadcast worldwide from British Columbia, Canada. This cutting edge, alternative radio show can be heard Monday through Friday at spacedoutradio.com.

Dave received a diploma in Broadcast Communications from one of Canada’s top broadcasting schools, BCIT, in 1998. He then spent nearly 10 years in radio, focusing most of his career in sportscasting, before leaving the field to pursue other interests.

His personal quest into understanding the unknown began in December, 2011, when Dave had contact with, what he calls, the Angel of Death, whom he saw in his mother’s eyes. This encounter led to his first channeling experience, after which, Dave’s involvement in the paranormal became more frequent.

Premonitions started coming true. He encountered Big Foot, with two of the creatures within 100 feet of him. UFOs started appearing anytime he wanted, even though Dave had no idea what “summoning” was. He's had sightings of five extraterrestrial species, one whom he has nicknamed "Carl".

DR. RAYMOND A. KELLER, II, a.k.a. "Cosmic Ray," a retired history professor and author of the international awards-winning series of Venus Rising and other UFO and paranormal books (Terra Alta, West Virginia: Headline Books, 2015-2024). Dr. Keller has been investigating and writing about UFOs and other kinds of paranormal phenomena since 1967.

Dr. Keller has lived and worked in 48 different countries.  He was the founder and director of the Outer Space International Research and Investigations Society (OSIRIS) of Hilmar, California, as well as the publisher and editor of the New Millennial Star (1984-1996), a pre-Internet tabloid monthly newspaper with a circulation of 7,500.  Dr. Keller received his doctoral degree from West Virginia University (WVU) at Morgantown in 2011, with his dissertation focusing on the dispersion of African peoples in colonial Venezuela; and received his master's degree in Spanish from WVU in 2004 with an emphasis on magical realism in Latin American literature.

JOHN E. BRANDENBURG is a theoretical plasma physicist who was born in Rochester Minnesota, and grew up in Medford, Oregon. He presently lives in Medford, Oregon, where he works as an independent physics consultant.

He is the originator of the GEM unification theory, unifying Gravity and EM which he hopes will lead to advanced space propulsion and which predicts the value of the Newton Gravitation constant “G” to unrivaled accuracy. He is the inventor and developer of the MET (Microwave Electro-Thermal) thruster using water propellant, now flying successfully in space. He is also the discoverer of the Paleo-Ocean of Mars.

He obtained his BA in Physics, with a Mathematics minor, from Southern Oregon University in 1975 and obtained his MS in 1977 and PhD in Plasma Physics both from University of California at Davis in 1981, with a working fellowship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories.

His first professional position was at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque working on controlled fusion and directed energy weapons. He was working at Kepler Aerospace LDT in Midland Texas as Chief Scientist of the Astronautics Division on the subjects of Advanced Space propulsion and Fusion Energy. He is now an independent space/physics consultant. Before this he was a consultant at Cal State Fullerton on Advanced Space Propulsion. Before that he was a consultant at Morningstar Applied Physics LLC and a part-time instructor of Astronomy, Physics and Mathematics at Madison College and other learning institutions in Madison, Wisconsin. Before this, he worked at Orbital Technologies in Madison as Senior Propulsion Scientist, working on space plasma technologies, nuclear fusion, and advanced space propulsion.

He is the principle inventor of the MET (Microwave Electro-Thermal) plasma thruster using water propellant for space propulsion. He has previously worked on SDI, the Clementine Mission to the Moon, Rocket Plume-Regolith Interactions on the Moon and Mars, Vortex theory of Rocket engine design, and the GEM unification theory, which is a combined Sakharov-Kaluza-Klein theory of Field Unification for purposes of space propulsion and Mars science. He is a lifetime member of the AIAA. He also performed an architecture study for a Human Mars Mission using solar electric propulsion.

Before coming to ORBITEC he was teaching and performing research at the Florida Space Institute of the University of Central Florida, at Aerospace Corporation in Chantilly, Virginia, and earlier at Research Support Instruments (RSI) in Lanham, Maryland.

During the Reagan years he worked at Mission Research Corporation and Sandia National Laboratories on SDI and plasmas for controlled fusion and directed energy weapons. He has authored the popular science books Death on Mars (2014), Life and Death on Mars (2010), Beyond Einstein’s Unified Field (2011) and Dead Mars, Dying Earth (1999) with Monica Rix Paxson, which won the Ben Franklin Silver Medal award for best Science/Environmental book in 2001. He has written two science fiction novels under the pen name “Victor Norgarde”: Morningstar Pass, The collapse of the UFO Coverup and Asteroid 20-2012 Sepulveda. He is the recipient of the William Gerald Award in 2006 from the Harlem Children Society for his work with underprivileged students, and the 2012 Devi Bhargava Award at Madison College for working with students with disabilities.

The history and present situation of Humanity in the Cosmos will be reviewed, as well as an optimistic appraisal of our destiny in the living Cosmos. Our Future will resemble Star Trek.

JON STEWART is a former professional wrestler and candidate for both the United States Congress and for the Office of Illinois Governor. His past political campaigns were covered by the national media like FOX, MSNBC, CNN and even a feature story appeared in the Sunday New York Times Magazine. He also wrestled for the AWA World Light Heavyweight Championship on the ESPN Main Event in July of 1990.

For over twenty years he has been a respected researcher in the UFO community. He is the Principal Investigator on the jaw-dropping investigation into the factual story behind the infamous, 1997 Alien Interview Film which was allegedly smuggled out of an underground, government facility northwest of Area-51 in Nevada called S4. He is also the author of the book, Magdalena: The Second Roswell Crash.

He is considered by many as one of the foremost experts on S4,  Area 51’s ultra-hi-tech underground facility, and the US Government's alleged Alien Retention and Interrogation Program conducted over five stories underground.

Michele will give a short history lesson on the Native American tribes of the Uinta Basin and their relationship to the Ancient Star People. To this day there are numerous sightings of “Skinwalkers” and UFO’s in this valley; considered a “Phenonmenon hot spot” not only by the residents but the US Government. Michele will share some of her experiences with the phenomenon – what she has witnessed within the Native American tribal lands of the Uinta Basin.

ROBERT PERALA is the internationally acclaimed author of The Divine Blueprint: Roadmap For The New Millennium and The Divine Architect: The Art of Living And Beyond. He has been experiencing UFO contacts since 1975. He was ordained into the Royal Order of Melchizadech at the request of the Venusian Commander Valiant Thor. He  will explain how Star Gate Portal technology is designed to heal the planet. The sharing of understanding of the many different ET races, their historical interaction with earths peoples and the ancient scriptures including the Bible, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Mayan calendar and the Vedas.

Robs presentation will clear up many of the hidden and dark agendas and how we can overcome these negative plans by invoking the light.  Working with the GFL towards peaceful resistance and service to others are keys to the earth’s destiny liberation from tyranny.

RON FELBER is a graduate of Georgetown University. He has written fiction and non-fiction books including The Unwelcomed, The Curious Case of Clara Fowler; Mojave Incident; Il Dottore, The Double Life of a Mafia Doctor; and The Hunt for Khun Sa, Drug Lord of the Golden Triangle. A number of his works have been produced as television dramas and film documentaries.
